I was here yesterday. I believe what was the day before I ordered online? I asked for 20 hot sauce which I used to be a store manager and no that that will take 20 hot sauce out of your inventory. Because all Taco Bell is worried about. Is their food cost if I take 20 hot sauce? Out in the mobile order. Why will the Taco Bell? Only give me one sauce per item. How many people out there can eat a Taco Bell item with only one sauce? Why is it OK to hot sauce? Shame make me bag for the hot sauce. So the food taste the way I wanted to because that's why I'm ordering Taco Bell. I love the hot sauce. I like the food with the hot sauce. I'm tired of managers telling me. I can't have enough hot sauce for my. My food, each item I buy from taco. Bell starts from 5 hot sauce and can go up to 10 hot sauce per item depending on if it's a big item. I love hot sauce. I am tired of being shamed. Please someone in the corporation in the district. Please figure out a way that you can save food costs and not. Basically. Cheat the system by giving me less hot sauce. Then I ordered, I make sure to order them. It takes it out of your system. That means you guys are stealing to do food cost. S you are lessening the amount of lettuce and cheese. You put on Everything which is terrible and Then you are trying to save Money on hot Sauce when people have already taken it out of your inventory. This is wrong. I was a restaurant manager. I know how food cost and inventory works. If you had a button for me to pay for it I would but you do not, so I should not...
Read more7/17/2024 Was by here and havent been in awhile. Service was worse this time. Young black girl (17-20?)with long braids pulled and put up, curvy, about 5"4' ish, pronounced front teeth. Only reason I give this description is I asked for her name and they never came back to give it. Husband asked politely if he could have a rag to wipe down the tables/seats, we have worked service before so didnt mind, no napkins out or would it just done it, EVERY table and seat was dirty/with food. They said they will have someone do it, to which she came out. My husband stood waiting and after a bit asked if he could use it to wipe down the seat (she was on her 3rd table), she said he wasn't allowed. He said ok. Asked again after she was on the opposite side of dining room. She said she had other tables to do. To which my husband did get loud and asked for a manager. One comes out and said this is ridiculous just wipe down the seats, she laughed, which was so rude, they asked her again she kept laughing, then said she didn't have to deal with this, then told my husband not to curse when he said "I just wanted her to wipe down a damn table and chairs". Manager was a black woman, small and petite, 4'8" (im 5'1" and she was shorter than me) and she came out, I asked for the young lady's name and she just kept herself in the back avoiding the situation. Not like anything will happen but it's just ridiculous how places are...
Read moreYou hear the phrase that “the customer is alway right” and how it is the key to customer service as it provides the fundamental that customers are to welcomed and treated with respect. Despite this being the mantra of many in the restaurant and catering industry, a simple fast food branch of Taco Bell has proceeded to evade this course as well. The restaurant was surrounded by trash that had not been picked up off the floor and people who had been there causing noise as they smoked and drank. There is always going to confusion when there is a large group order but it is the job of the employee to handle it in a well mannered way. We had ordered quite a few items, few of which had not arrived and few which had been wrongly made despite clear instructions. There had been no clearness in the chat as two people had tried to negotiate the order where one was too quiet and the other too rude and loud. This was our first time eating at this particular restaurant and the employee who had been rude to us had earned that reputation when trying to correct us every time we had said the name of an item wrong. I can understand their frustration but to use phrases such as “dumbass, you gotta say crunchy taco” is most offensive and to not apologize for it is even ruder. And on top of that they couldn’t even get the order right and we were left most...
