As a traveling sales associate for the better part of 14 years I spend 365 days of the year living in hotels. I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. That being said staying in this portal to what only can be described as the 9 circles of hell was the worst experence I have had in my life. Bed bugs so ramped and bold that they seemed to have family pinics taking plugs of flesh out of me with lights blaring even when just sitting on my bed. Any food that you might bring back to the room must be sat on your lap and enjoyed right then. If not the cockroach infestation was so terriable that your food wasnt safe in any square inch of the room. They had taken over the microwave, fridge, and on mulitple occasions I awoke to them scurrying across my face. Between the two disgusting insects it was like a terriable nightmare that was reality. I understand that most cheap hotels can be known for drug use and dealers, but it was like this slum like hotel was ground zero for past, present, and future users and dealers. I've learned in years past to not associte with people at the hotel I stay at because you never know who you might be letting in on your schedual. Telling someone you do not know that you leave everyday from 8 to 5 for work could result in your room being empty of your belongings when you return. I stick to my room and dont let myself appear out of the ordinary or suspicious as a guest. When bringing my luggage into the hotel I noticed a security gaurd who appeared to being carrying a side arm (later found out it was a tazzer) and thought to myself at least my belongings will be safe more than likely. In the end he was the one that made me worry about my stuff. For some apparent reason sticking to myself, going to work everyday, and not drawing attention made him deem me as portraying suspecious activity. Him and a man that was not employed at the hotel showed up at my door past nine o'clock at night demanding that he come in and search my room. Threatening me that if I did not adhere to his wishes that he would be bringing law enforcement to search my room. I was doing absolutely nothing that would be seen as illegal. Taken back and confused I let him enter while the other man stood in the door way scanning the items in my room. The security gaurd walked around the room looking over everything and asked about a black bag he insuiated he knew was in my room. I dont own a black bag and had no idea what he was talking about. In a hostile somewhat threatening manor he let me know he would be watching me. Please do not even step foot on this property. The experience was unlike anything that even the mentally deranged could have delusions of. The place needs to be shut down and demolished. The nieghborhood, city and the world for that matter would be a better place...
Read moreI had to give it a star to leave a review. I came here on June 12-14 and then paid for a week to continue staying there and planned on it for a while. But when my week was up on June 21 I was told they was not going to re-rent my room because of my dogs. For one their website says it's pet friendly and there is a quite a few dogs on this property. and for two both my dog and my fiance dog are both service animals. And it is against the law to deny me a room because of my service animals especially when I checked in I told them about the animals and they said ok and they made copies of their paperwork to put on file for my room. I have COPD and severe emphysema and my fiance has diabetes and is a fall risk and they moved us from a room on first floor to the second floor when I paid for the first week. I told them that with both of our health problems we need to be downstairs and said well get one for you soon which never happened. And then when I had to leave I had to load everything up in our van from the second floor in the pouring down rain. And now im afraid that I'm going to be getting sick because of it now. This is totally unacceptable and I don't understand why they think it is ok to deny service animals and treat people with disabilities like this. And I have already reported this to channel 6 news and I'm going tomorrow to talk to my lawyer and see about filing a lawsuit against the hotel for both dening our service animals plus for pain and suffering and the emotional stress that they...
Read moreTHE STAR I GAVE IS A NEGATIVE ONE! DONT GO HERE! YOUR SAFETY AND LIVELY HOOD WILL BE AT THE MERCY OF THE THUGS THEY CALL STAFF! DUE TO A CRIMIMAL CASE IM FILING ON THE SECURITY OFFICER, AND THE LAWSUIT IM PERSUING, FOR INTIMIDATION AND COERCISION OF A MINOR, I CANT COMMENT TO MUCH. IF YOU WATCH YOUR BACK THERE YOULL STILL GET STABBED! ROACHES, BLACK MOLD, AND BED BUG INFESTED. STILL GOT THE SPRAY NOTE THEY LEFT. IM GOING TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON MONDAY. Crackheads run up and down the hallways all hours of the night, and smoke 4 to 5 packs of cigarettes a day. The hallways reek of cigarettes, because if your one of the coolest crackheads, you can smoke in your room. I'd advise you not to stay there if your normal like me, they only want drug users there because the whole entire staff gets high! I've seen it with my own eyes! People there watch you, and try to figure you out! See what you got and what your about. The security officer there drinks on the job, and I'm in the process of hiring a private investigator to find out which security firm he works for so I can report him . He falsely accused me of being drunk when I wasn't, and the cops even knew it was bull. This place is also getting reported to the attorney general for several building and fire code violations! Do Not Go...
