Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This has to be the worst subway I have ever been to ever. We go in the guys like what do you want what do you want what do you want 7 8 9 12 sandwiches. We take some time to decide what we like so I proceeded to order. Now I've chosen my meat and its time for the bread to be toasted. He put it in the toaster for like 2 seconds kid you not it wasn't even toasted . Then we're to vegetables. Ask for lettuce I say I'd like extra black olives and I'd like extra pickles. Never in my life have I ever been told that I cannot have extra pickles and I could not have extra black olives. This server refused to give me extra black olives and extra pickles I've never heard of such things he literally debated with us flipped up his little chart said I'm giving you exactly what you're supposed to get he was rude and was flat out just unacceptable. I've been to hundreds of subways I always ask for extra pickles extra black olives and I have never in my life been told no I cannot have them ever. Then we get onto the condiments of mayonnaise mustard all that stuff so I tell him I like mayo mustard this guy proceeds to put on a massive amount of mayonnaise and I'm like woo woo woo holy crap that's a lot of mayonnaise I don't want too much mayonnaise again he starts arguing with me and she owes me this stupid chart I'm just doing this to be done but again my experience at every other subway is it's enough to coat the bread but not to the point where you literally have to take and scrape mayonnaise off because it's an abundance of it. This guy was rude he was combative I guarantee you I will never ever ever go to that subway again ever. Has to be the worst experience at Subway I have ever encountered in my entire life and trust me at my house in California i have a subway right down the street and I am consistently there probably at least once a week never have I had this issue. So whoever is the owner of this subway in Indianapolis in Lawrence Township area it's an Indian gentleman he needs to be put in check cuz if your business isn't doing well it's probably because of him and I hope to God he isn't the owner because of you are that's even a million...

Completely disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Someone from corporate needs to visit thus store immediately. It is clear that it is under new management. When I pulled up there were several men outside that looked dirty like they could be possibly homeless. I was greeted by a nice young man obviously new didn't know what went on the subs. We finally get to the check out thete 3 more tables of men that like they were homeless or haven't bathed in a few days. The young man did not know how to ring up the sub as a meal do he went to get the other worker that was with him. When the other worker came in to help he clearly was on drugs. He almost feel walking he kept shaking his head and trying to focus his eyes. He then couldnt comprehend so he told me they don't do combos anymore. IM VERY VERY VERY UPSET AND WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Came to this location today with five teenagers which was three boys 11,12, &13 and two girls 15 and 17. We purchased 5 $6.99 meals and when it was time to pay I gave him a $100 bill. It was a man and a woman working. He took it but they spoke in their language and he told me he could not take it because it was kinda ripped on the top. I unfolded it showing him it was not ripped to how he thought.They spoke in their language again. He said ok now he could not take it because they did not have any change(which was a lie as u see my receipt). I told the kids to put down the chips and drinks and we were walking out they called for us back. NOW I COULD PAY AND THEY HAVE CHANGE. HOW DARE YAW WOULDN’T LET ME PAY WITH A $100 AT FIRST BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK AND U THINKING IT WAS FAKE ONLY TO GIVE US THE FOOD BECAUSE U DID NOT WANT TO WASTE FIVE SANDWICHES.
