I will not return to the Metro PCS store on Emerson Ave. I spent over $200 on a new phone, case and tempered glass screen protector. When the guy in the shop put the screen protector on he didn't clean the screen. I did not realize until I got home that there were several bits of fuzz under the screen protector. I brought it in for them to fix and nope. Even though it was their mistake, there is no "warranty" on the glass protector so they can't replace it. They messed up my phone screen and I am just stuck with it. As I walked out of the store, obviously annoyed that I wasted my money with them, I get the little jerks behind counter shouting "Have a great day!" sarcastically at me while I left. Still love my Metro service... That store can go out...

Service was nice however the lady upcharged me on the premium service. She stated that I had to have to extra service and couldn’t take it off until my 90 days was over. I have had metro before and I didn’t feel right about what she told me and when I looked at my account it showed the upcharge in the payment settings. Didn’t tell me what the premium service was just let me know I’m being charged for it. I feel cheated and over charged out of my money since I got this phone 2 weeks ago. If you want to go to metro DO NOT go to this store location. They will over charger and lie to you about it. And metro STILL charged me for their associate...

First let me say this I've been a humbling experience at your store on Emerson avenue in Indianapolis. I was having problems out of another store with my phone and I was riding by and saw another MetroPCS on Emerson avenue. I stopped in and Diana and her team (on 8/29/2024) helped me out while displaying great customer service. They listen to my problem, help me navigate to correct the situation and next thing you know my phone was working at 100% This is the #1 MetroPCS store in Indianapolis!! I will now do all my phone business at this location at 4920 Emerson avenue, Indianapolis. Thanks...
