I love going to Emerson Shops there's a few stores I go to regularly. I love Jimmy John's which is located here they have always make fresh subs and are pretty quick to make your order. Another place I like in here is Metro by T-Mobile which I literally just switched my phone service from Qlink Wireless. I pay only $20 a month for unlimited data, talk, and text. I also have insurance to and a brand new 5g phone from them for only $50. I qualified for the acp plan which is a government program where they pay $100 towards a phone, tablet, or computer plus they pay $30 towards the service you want to get. If you need your eyes checked out they have Dr. Tavel which I just went to and got my eyes checked out for contacts. It took no time at all they were fast. They have a liquor store in this shopping strip as well and they have about every kind of liquor you could think of. If your hungary you can get a bite to eat at little Caesars which is a cheap and easy dinner to make. Its a hit and miss sometimes when you get your food sometimes the pizza 🍕 is good then other times it's kinda nasty. But it's only $5 for a pizza. Don't want pizza then you can stop by Wing Stop which is way better than Little Caesars. These are the stores that I have been to in Emerson Shoppes I believe there's like 3 other stores in the strip mall that I...
Read moreWent to JIMMY JOHNS in this shopping center.. The staff arent very welcoming and they make you feel like a nuisance coming into the establishment to order a delicious sandwich. If I owned a sandwich shop... Or any food service establishment, I would want my people to make a great lasting impression on my customers... Because without us there is no sandwich shop!! I think the store manager or owner needs to give a refresher course on customer service desperately at this location on south emerson ave in beech grove... Good luck getting a smile out of the employees... Yikes.. Im going to go to the jimmy johns on southport rd from now on...
Really hope my review gets seen by owner or management.. I believe there was a man there that was maybe the manager or shift manager... He too needs a refresher course.. ...
Read moreHardly ever open. Often only doordash orders are taken. Nothing ever premade despite having 40 warming docks. Employees don't acknowledge you exist for 5 to 10 minutes hoping and praying that you'll leave so they don't have to make another Pizza. When you finally talk to an employee and place an order you'll wait 10 to 20 minutes on a $5 pizza. That's the little Caesar's experience. And that's the same experience on every Little Caesars on the Southside. Whoever the district manager is for this area is literally stealing money from the company. Cuz he's definitely not doing his job. Quality control is terrible...
