They try to make you move rooms after you've already been there more than 10 days & have fully unpacked because they somehow "promised" your specific room to someone else (that never showed up). When you refuse to move to a room with standing water from a leak as well as egg splattered on the wall & then another room with furniture that looks like they snatched it off the side of the road somewhere, then they wait till you make & pay for a 2 day reservation the next morning to kick you out & refuse to refund the extra money you spent for a room upgrade that you never received nor send you the document you've asked for 3 different times so that you can get your refund for the 2 day reservation that they cancelled. Absolutely HORRIBLE management. ESPECIALLY the general manager Deandre. They need a reminder of what it means to be in the HOSPITALITY business. 🙄 Oh & when I was there a lady in the lobby warned me that the hotel had bed bugs as well. Luckily my room didn't, but that was ANOTHER reason why I wasn't trying to move to a different room as well.

Clean room, easy checkout, decent coffee. Update 11/19/19 Stayed again and it was HORRIBLE!!!! 2 nights with no sleep. I asked to be moved and nope. I explained I was having cancer treatments next door and needed rest and whoever's above me is supper supper loud. Never heard anything like it. I'M Leaving here exhausted. They are not full they could have moved me. I dont know what I'll do for my next treatment, this is the closest but they really did nothing to help me even when I went to the desk at 7am and said Please move me.

Hello my name is tenacious and I just would like to say some of the workers are very mean because my friend had an butt load of ants in her room due to the staffing not cleaning the handicap room that they put her in last night well the staff asked her if she wasn't sure she brought them in but I have pictures mind you we was just at another hotel ants would not have traveled from whitestown to indi b.s. I strongly advice none to come here after seeing this thank yall let's make better choices and God bless.

High Entertainment Value

A few months ago, I started seeking for a hotel to accommodate myself and my family (totaling 4 rooms). With multiple events taking place in the Indianapolis metropolitan area this weekend, prices everywhere were high. This hotel appeared to be clean, comfortable, and affordable. I skimmed through reviews reading the high points and also taking into consideration the low points as well. Common sense tells me this is not Caesar’s Palace, but it checked all the marks with availability, price, breakfast, and ease of access to the local areas we had intended on visiting. With approximately $350 for a weekend, I was sold.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the gal at the front desk. My significant other asked for the location of the lobby’s restroom. She stated they do not public restrooms. All fine. During our check in, she answered a FaceTime video call, and told the individual she was working and to “hang on”. She let the call continue on as she was checking us in while we had casual conversation with some of the others in the lobby. I did not mind the interruption of her answering a call, or even a FaceTime call. However at the time, she also was handling my ID and my credit card, so there was minor discomfort, and I went about my business after receiving our hotel key cards, and we made way to the elevator.

By the time the elevator hit our floor (3rd), I found myself searching for a corner to claim as my own because I was unsure the metal on metal scratching mixed with the rhythm of rusted chains was going to hold us for much longer before breaking. We arrived safely on floor three, and chose to take the stairwell the remainder of our stay.

The 3rd floor hall greeted us with the potent odor of cannabis, and knowing this was not a Five Star Hotel, I had no complaints.

Our room was as described: 2 full beds and a kitchenette. There were cigarette burns on the floor paneling ironically located next to a no smoking sign.

Room felt/appeared as clean as expected and held no complaints amongst us.

While we were getting settled into our room, the remainder of our family began checking in with the same front desk gal. She was very friendly with them, so much so, that after discussing the hotel bar, we found out the hotel bar was not actually facilitated by the hotel. It was just a side gig that she was running in one of the spare rooms.

Anyway, we left the room for the evening to tend to our plans. When we arrived back in the 10 o’clock hour, the smoking section in the outside parking lot was filled with the scent of anything but cigarettes. The stairwell & hallway replicated these strong THC odors, enough so much that the kids asked if there was a skunk around. That night was filled with loud partying from Floor 2 that kept some of our family awake, while others were unfazed.

The following morning, I went down for morning breakfast, and found myself lost. I inquired and was told they don’t really have a breakfast. They managed to conjure up 3 prepackaged muffins to hand me. While this took place, the same front desk gal spent time slapping on hotel doors from the first floor, telling people to get up. Not sure if they were friends partying with her at the “hotel bar” or there was a strange wake up request that involved door slapping amongst the 1st floor stayers.

While the entertainment level was high and the beds were comfortable, I am not sure this would be one I would recommend to my family and friends. I cannot guarantee this won’t be my last time staying at The Extended Stay America of Indianapolis-Fishers, but I would have to be craving prepackaged muffins & the thick smell of pot in order...

Not knowing we were going to stoo and get a room we tried 2 other places and they were not so appealing. We walking in this extended stay anf fekt at home as soon as we walked in. The property was clean, our room waa spacious and in order. Qur stay was so relaxing that we booked a second night just to hang out and Felica was amazing with top notch customer service. Thanks to the whole staff..... much appreciated,................................. so that was after 2 days. We return a week later to a whole new sceen. We stayed a week and both of us work nights so with an approval from felelicia we pay in the nornings for the previous day. We do thiis all week. Then comes brittany and words can not describe. We were 1 day away from my better halfs company paying for the room for 90 days based on her contract. We have a reservation under titian medical for that day and brittant says ....you have to leave the property immediatly. .....We explain we have an agreement with felicia the hotel gener manager and can we speak to her. No we cant and we have 15 minutes to be gone and brittany states it dosnt matter what felicia says i am the reginal manager and her boss" (turns out brittany just works the front desk) I say "you can get as loud as u want but there is no way we are packed up and gone in 15 minutes. In a lobby full of people this very light skinned lady calls me a f'^#@&ng cracker. Yes you read that right. Then calls the police....they came and we spoke to them for 2 minutes and they left. Little did brittany know that mandy is the go between for her agency and the hotels that incomming travel nurses stay at... since the day of our situation here she has refered a total of 284 qualifying stays at hilton properties in 11 states And more than 100 nights at wyndham locations. You do the math. Worse part is that we had the money in hand to pay the room and never got a chance to. Its amazing how 1 person alone can single handedly destroy your opinion about a business in a...
