The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Indianapolis

First time customer! Did not know what to expect, basically flying blind, trusting the reviews from previous customers. It was a few days before Christmas and I had my family coming in for the holiday. Ordered the ham and I'm so glad I did! I had an appointment time to pick up my order but still had to wait in a line that stretched out the door and down the sidewalk. Waited outside almost 45 minutes but the wait was well worth it. The Ham was delicious. My family loved it and we had leftovers. We loved it so much so that we ordered another one a few weeks later for a birthday celebration but had that one delivered. I have always seen this place and today I decided to stop in and check it out and I am so glad I did! I meet the Dad who ran the store and his daughter, both were beyond satisfactory and extremely helpful with menu items, this being my first time and all...I was lucky enough to get free samples! All were very delicious and huge on flavor, my personal favorite so far was the ham sandwich with a sweet sauce that I wish I knew about sooner in life lol and the broccoli coleslaw!! I will be coming back for lunch everyday for the foreseeable future!! Thank God for Honey...

Horrible customer service. I got yelled at as I walked in the door. The woman barked at me, "what do you want?!" I didn't know, and said I wanted to look at the menu. She obviously wanted to rush me out because she basically began barking the menu at me. I made a rushed decision, and didn't have any of my questions answered. They were not busy, and there is no excuse to rush me out like that. The food wasn't good, I could tell the croissant was old, and half of the croissant was actually a bun.
