My galaxy s5 stopped charging. I plugged it in and got a yellow triangle with a exclamation mark in the middle. I took it into AT&T and they told me the phone was dead and I needed to replace it. Well this phone was like seven or eight hundred dollars and I wasn't willing to put out that much money right away without further investigation. I look it up on google what the yellow triangle meant it said there was a battery problem. Of course, aT&T does not sell the batteries. We wouldn't even let me try one to see if my phone was charged. They said they didn't have any they are all brand new and couldn't open the package. The salesman was quite persistent saying, for only $17 a month I can give you a new phone. Like I really want to pay $17 a month for several years. I went home, cleaned the battery connections and now my phone works...

I was there to state I was having trouble with the audio/speaker on my 2 week old phone. It was still under warranty and I was unable to hear people calling me unless I used some headphones. Otherwise it was worthless to have a conversation. It took 50 minutes of going back & forth to the back to came out of there with an 800 number for customer for they could not help. It took them almost an hour, couldn't they tell me this in the first 5-10 mins? They were totally incompetent but I'm sure I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Since I saw other customers...

I filed an insurance claim on my phone and when I sent my defective phone back they said it was lost in the mail and that now I have to pay them $800. Not my fault USPS lost my box! Now they shut off my phones to forcefully kick us out of my great grandfathered plans! Iāve had ATT for over 20 years and theyāre crying for something that is far beyond my control! Great way to treat a loyal customer. Customers beware of hidden costs and hidden strings! Donāt get ripped off. I just canāt believe these people would do this...
