"WORST NAIL SHOP EVER" The employee there by the name of "Tim" did the worst job ever. First the costumer in his chair said he had been doing her Full set pain white tip nail for about 1hr and a half and i thought WOW that's along time. Second as i'm sitting waiting to be next a lady n telling the guy the water was hot. Then when it was my turn to have my nails done and sit in "Tims" chair hes 6pm appointment shows up. So what do you think he does? Well he Slaps on my set within like 25mins, working so fast, my nails weren't even the same length and look short and clumpy. I would have made a big deal after he was done but i didnt want to make a scene. Overall NEVER GOING BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP. getting a pedicure was getting burned with Really Hot water cause she kept o THAT BEING SAID I KNOW FOR A FACT THERE WASN'T ANY HAPPINESS NAILS...

I really don't understand the good reviews about this place. Pedicure was mediocre. Offered no drinks. Salon technicians did not talk to customers. They actually used aloe Vera gel with lidocaine as part of the skin treatment, the kind you use for sunburn. My feet were extremely dry and rough after my pedicure. I am not sure if the instruments were sterilized as I did not see them removed from a sterile package. My grandmother was with me and her technician took a phone call during her foot massage and then left before painting her toes, when another technician took over for her. After painting my nails, the technician walked away and let me sit there for 10 minutes without saying anything, I finally decided my toes were dry enough so I could leave. Very...

OK so I just went in and got a luxury manicure and pedicure, and I must say WOW! (Alittle backstory) I have came this the nail salon once before and the ladies there were so genuine and nice (note I'm a 31 year old man and some times going to these places can make you feel uncomfortable). But definitely not the case here. So me and my friend decided to go back since last time they were so pleasant and welcoming. This time my nail technician was named "Gracy".
