I wanted to make sure that I gave a SHOUT OUT to Nathan with their customer support team!! I had ordered an arrangement for one of our tenants and their Grand Opening to say Congratulations and the email I had used to submit my order, I wasn't getting any of the emails for the confirmation order or my receipt OR the tracking# which I thought was odd.

So I reached out to their support team through their ticketing system and I was immediately assisted today after I submitted the request to see if I could get my receipt and have my email updated to a different email so that I was receiving those emails to the correct one moving forward.

Nathan was extremely quick and thorough and professional along the way, was able to update my email address and he got me my receipt which I needed for bookkeeping records and my arrangement was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. Hands down was one of the best customer service experiences I've had online in a long time, Nathan your a ROCKSTAR!!! I will definittely use this compnay again and would recommend...

I received an adorable Lula’s garden succulent box. The directions were to give it droppers of water on a schedule, then transplant when the succulents began to outgrow the box.

That never happened. But one of my succulents was dying, one part falling off at a time, so I went to transplant anyway.

I found out why they weren’t growing. The directions said to run water over the top to soften the glued on rocks.

Well, it wasn’t only the top rocks glued on, the lower rocks and even the soil were glued to the roots.

I tried to find a contact, and eventually located an email.

Upon writing? My concerns were brushed off.

My sister sent me a Lula’s garden box for my birthday on May 5th. The plants arrived on time and I followed the instructions concerning watering and display. In less than 6 weeks, one plant had dropped its leaves and developed root rot. I moved the box outdoors on my lanai thinking I could save the two remaining plants. Today as I went to water the plants the leaves fell off one of the remaining plants. I decided to repot them and when I tried to remove the plants, I found that they were planted in a solid mass of gravel and glue ( with about a tablespoon of soil, also glued together). There was glue all through the pots of plants and puddles of hardened glue in the bottom of the presentation box. .It would be impossible for any plant to survive in this mess.
