Marshalls — Local services in Inglewood

I absolutely love this Marshall's store. Too bad I have to give it this rating because of one of its employees. I did not get the chance to get her name but she is a cashier there and I know that what she did was on purpose. I recently purchased a blow dryer and before purchasing it, I checked the box to check if everything was in there. And surely enough every piece was in there. I went to pay for it and I noticed she kept asking me if I wanted to apply for their credit card or something like that and I said no thank you. Yet she kept on insisting, she literally asked me around 7 times. And I kept saying no, but as she kept on asking me she opened the blow dryer and pulled put every single piece out and I saw when she pulled out the piece that was missing. I did not notice this piece was missing till I got home. Then I thought about it and I remember I had checked the box before and I remembered she had pulled it out as well. I honestly do not think she "forgot", to put it back inside the box because of how much she insisted on me applying for that credit card. It was more like she wanted to entertain me so I wouldn't notice. This was an African america young lady who's a cashier at this Marshall's. I'm am very disappointed at her unethical behavior and I had to try to exchage the blow dryer at my nearest location but they did not have the same one, so I ended up returning the blow dryer. I hope I can go back soon to this location and get the same one. That is, if they...

I had rude, unclassy, and unprofessional behavior from cashier Milageros or Milagiros which happened between 5:20 pm to 5:50 pm on 7/22/2023 when I went to do a return.

The first cachier helping me was helpful but her coworker, Milagiros, who came to help as we were having issues matching the receipt with one of the returns has an uncivilized and trashy attitude for someone in customer service.

She was wiggling her head, rolling her eyes, wiggling her fingers in my face, etc. This is all on video.

Her behavior started because when they mentioned they will send someone to get similar item to compare I told them I will run to grab it as I know where they are and will save time.

When I came back she started scolding me like a child so when I asked to start talking to me like that she started rolling her eyes and wiggling her head, raising her voice and being extremely unprofessional.

Even when I asked for her name she wiggled her fingers with a rude tone saying she will give it to me and when she wrote it down she slammed the paper she wrote it on on the counter and walked away.

Aisha, the manager came later and was professional, friendly, and offered a better solution.

This shouldn't be the person representing Marshalls as a business.

This type of attitude seems to be common here because if you look at a lot of the poor reviews, they mentioned bad customer services from the employees.

A lot of them seem to bring there horrible manners from home...

I like Marshalls you can find just about whatever you may find in a regular Target or Kohl's not to mention they have layaway for 30 days. They have things for the entire family as well as your pets and again various items you would find in regular stores a little bit of everything I found any KitchenAid mixer it was $499 at Kohl's I got it for $291 at Marshalls. I even found Manuka Honey there which is great for your health as far as I'm concerned, I also purchase manuka honey from Trader Joe's starting from 14.99 to 16.99 so I saved a few dollars at Marshall's a very reasonable price Manuka Honey is expensive but I got it for $12.99 at Marshalls. Just keep in mind if you see some items there is good to purchase them or put them on layaway because if you come back later they may not be there. Some items you can put on layaway and some they would not allow just inquire in advance and you do well as shopping at Marshall's Crenshaw and Century...
