Stopped by today, June 6, 2018 and couldn't believe no greetings, no customer service attention. I looked, touched clothing, had a conversation with another customer and still no interaction from employees. I exited store and realized this is why we are not successful. I left greatly disappointed by the lack of service and humanness. I was so disturbed, I called your store to express my dissatisfaction, you stated over the phone you were in a business meeting. (Middle of shop)Well, we all heard the business meeting. Hope the meeting generated much revenue as I was prepared to spend money on the items I liked. Next time, don't lose a sell, if you are trying to increase sells and broaden your horizon. A simple greeting...

Beyond exceptional shopping experience this past weekend with co-owner Bo. Not only is she knowledgeable about styling, her passion for curating my store experience is part of why I was compelled to write this review. I found the store on a whim while handling errands in the area and happened to need a matching outfit for my spouse and I for an upcoming event with little notice. Despite our size and style preferences she was able to match us with beautiful peices, tailored them on the spot and had us ready in less than 2 hours. I'm not sure if we're exceptions to the rule or if this is the normal KUTULA shopping experience but I'll surely be back with the rest of my family.

SHOUT OUT TO KUTULA AND ITS ENTIRE STAFF!!! I am beyond amazed and grateful how my sun’s prom outfit turned out and with the excellent customer service we received. Kutula got my baby all the way right!!!! When I tell you he killed the prom scene, he KILT IT!!!! The quality of his outfit was impressive. We hit a small road bump with the initial color we chose, but Bo got it came though with the white and had my sun looking godly! Better than the initial color we fold. Oh and that gold trim matched PERFECTLY with my sun’s girlfriend’s dress. My sun received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS. All the parents were like, “he did that!” So again from the bottom of my heart, thank you to the Kutula staff....
