Dollar General — Local services in Iowa

in All my life going to the dollar General. I have always been treated fairly with smiles and good conversation. Along with help through the store. Well another business in the area I’m traveling through. That just has completely rude people working there. Well this time. A lady named Heather, a cashier. Pretty much the lowest of the lowest on the food chain of life. Has the odasity to be rude to people. For what reason? Completely unknown. I’m going to go ask her. What I did for her to be so rude to me. I was trying to make the lady smile and literally in the middle of speaking with her she walked off saying have a nice day. Like I’m some crackhead or something bothering her. Her expressions, were like hey man. Gtfo. You’re gross and annoying. Please leave. I don’t understand why there is just so much hate going around the world. It makes no sense at all. Quite frankly. I’m getting to a point. That I’m completely tired of being nice to people. I just spent 3 hours in a state that I know nothing about and don’t know anyone here. Searching for my debit card and drivers license. Searching parking lots. Asking everyone in the facinity if they may have seen my stuff. No matter how bad it shocked and how horrible it was to have driven 8 hours. To be derailed for 3 hours looking for the only things I have to survive with. But here I am. Still smiling. Still trying to brighten someone else’s day. And then slam. The door right in my face. Unfortunately 😔 Very disorganized. Most stuff stays in box's longer then it does on the shelf(When it gets on the shelf finally). Hard to get around because of all the box's and the rolling carts filled with box's. It's a shame. This Dollar General is 1 of only 2 main places to go, to get most of your needs in Iowa, and it's the most unorganized and messy store. They need a bigger store,...realistically because of the supply and...

The last 2 Sundays I've gone to shop, no product on the shelf to cover the sunday add. Its on the isles in big trolleys still in the boxes, not stock on the shelf. One person working in the store at the register all day by herself! Isles block with trolleys cant even get down the isles to shop. You got a bad problem at that store, you need help...
