If I could put a negative amount of stars, it would have to be -5 STARS period. This is a warning to other customers. REDBOX has double charged me in the amount of 65.00 Demaned the movies were not returned even though we were on camera, and able to email them the proof, to no avail. They also drafted the amount out of my checking account 2 times on numerous occasions. All they wanted to do about that was give us a free night of the 3 movies. I said no Ma'am, please return my money, it's simple. They don't do that, she said. I was stuck with the 65.00 charge and the movies were already returned. They emailed me the movies were paid for. Yet... I can't get the movies. We do not use REDBOX anymore, at all, Period. I normally don't have to put negative reviews, bcuz the other places we go to, DONOT ROB ME. Be super careful, Is all I can say, if you just have to use them. We just go BUY OUR DVD'S.
