I came from shopping at Big Lots and since they stopped carrying cards for occassions I checked out and decided to go to Hallmark for two cards I needed and it was convenient beside Big Lots. I had to pee really bad and was holding it in hoping they would have a restroom. The first thi g I looked for signs upon entering and didn't see one so I inquired at the cou ter and the ladies there said no public restroom. I tried to hurry and find two cards. There was only one for brother birthday there. All the others for relatives were stocked up but that one. Another lady said she could only find one for 60th birthday. Then at checkout once I got the cards I had to pee so bad I could tell I wasn't going to make it. The lady working was treating me like a second class citizen. Snide look and I pulled my card too quick and she sighed like I was annoying her. Well lady you need to develop better customer service skills! I won't be back and shame on your for treating...
Read moreJust moved to the area in August. I have been in here 3 times and never been asked by an associate if I need help. The one time I asked for help the first time in it was why are you asking me for help! She was acting like I disturb her!!
So , I went back again and no associates came to see if I needed anything.
And it happened a third time!!
Now I'll admit they said Hi when I walked into the building! I'm 47 years old. But on 2 of those visits an older woman walks and the associates are all over them!!!
Well there won't be a fourth visit! I'll find another...
Read morePoor customer service. First thing I see posted on front door no publc restroom. I'm very offended to know they accept public dollars but don't accommodate to the needs needs of there customer's who may need to use the restroom when & if the need arise. To be told I have to go to another business to releave myself is highly offensive. I have no further use for anything they offer. This is a natural thing that can not be ccontroled by most people.
