Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid This Store !!!! ( I see 4.7 and 38 reviews .... I am 100% sure that these are all paid reviews or Self rated)

I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my entire life.

Yesterday, I visited this store for the first time, excited to find an Indian grocery store close to home. I bought some groceries, totaling $23.86, and paid using Apple Pay. The transaction went through but only partially because of insufficient funds, which was clear on the POS terminal. To cover the remaining amount, I paid with my credit card.

Just as I was finishing up, the owner swooped in out of nowhere and aggressively claimed the partial payment didn’t go through—even though the system showed it. Without giving me a chance to explain, he forced me to pay the full amount again using my credit card. I was too shocked at the time to argue further and left, hoping it would sort itself out.

That night, I checked my transactions and saw I had indeed been charged twice. Feeling frustrated but determined to resolve this, I went back the next morning with receipts, the POS slip, and transaction details on my phone. I politely explained the situation to the owner, showing him everything.

But instead of listening, he was unbelievably rude and dismissive. He barely glanced at my proof, cut me off multiple times, and told me to come back after a month with printed bank statements. Seriously? I’m standing there with receipts and proof on my phone, and he’s acting like I’m lying? Why even accept cards or Apple Pay if you’re going to treat customers like this when there’s an issue?

His attitude was appalling—condescending, mean, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated this poorly by any business owner. After going back and forth for what felt like forever, I finally gave up. I walked out, raised a dispute with my credit card company, and decided I’m never stepping foot in that store again.

And the products? They’re not worth it. The place smells awful, and the goat meat I bought was so bad I had to throw it out. Honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare.

To everyone in Irving: don’t support businesses that treat their customers like garbage. There are plenty of other options out there—don’t waste your time...

Extremely bad food experience

Very bad food was provided when i ordered for goat biryani was Reeking badly spoiled meat was uncooked for mixed with beef biryani as I have don't eat beef he had mixed beef biryani with goat biryani due to shortage of goat meet and he asked me to pay extra charge for salads he charged me 6 $ for salads and raita extra 2$ and plastic bag. I have noticed here people here don't care for customer satisfaction they care about extra money for extra charge.

I had asked for catering order for chicken samosa he told we are shortage of samosa and i asked him for malai botti for birthday catering order he said out of stock for chicken malai botti rude behavior for staff as i see 4.7 reviews are all paid reviews.

Definitely this is Zero-star rating for this store i suggest for the people don't trust the reviews for this restaurant who gave 5 star rating blindly all are...

Very very bad behaviour by the owner as I have came for food and catering order for snacks and biryani for 50 people as this scene was happened by him owner is standing in front of door and smoking as I can smell the same smoking smell inside the store no proper maintenance as he entered inside and serving the food with same smoking hands no proper neatness not wearing gloves while serving food . I said I’m sorry I don’t need anything from this unprofessional store and I stepped out of this store. Food looks like burnt chicken out in snacks section rude behaviour don’t know how to deal and talk with customers He is forcing me to purchase items
