AVOID THIS LOCATION ....0 OUT OF 5 STARS One of my worst shopping experiences ever Around 5:30pm on 8/16 . First, as I was trying on a pair of shoes and had to step to the side an older lady named Denise decided to walk up and say. "Oh I see, we have another shoe bandit on our hands."At that point in time, I then told her no, I was actually trying them on".I was no more than 3 feet away from the shoes and she huffs and says ohh, Oh, well, I'm gonna put it up here instead." Next she souts "Melissa don't bring nothing else out you know all that garbage needs to be taken out before you leave" followed by "Melissa you need to be watching the floor there's too many people in here" Mind you, it was across the store so everyone heard her. She then jumps down from behind the counter, and looks over her glasses and comes up to every customer as if they are a thief. Ad shegoes through the store she continues to shout-out no Melissa we have to talkabout this. Do better" If this is the way Rainbow treats their associates it'stime for sensitivity and employer appreciation training. Denise is an abysmal excuse for a Manger or lead and needs immediate training or termination. Please do better. People deserve to be...

The two cashiers were both quite rude. When I walked in, there was no hello or any type of acknowledgement. They were so busy talking amongst themselves about personal relationships and things that should not be spoken of in the workplace. After I found an outfit and accessories, the young lady checked me out with no kind of friendliness of any. I tried to speak with her and let her know how much I like shopping at Rainbow but it was like I was talking to myself. When I paid for my things and she handed me my bag, there was no thank you, have a nice day or goodbye or anything. Very unfriendly and a cold shoulder environment. I felt so very uncomfortable, I didn't want to stay to look around...

📹 I ABSOULTY LOVE THIS STORE. FRON THE TIME I WALKED IN I WAS GREETED BY A LADY THAT HAD JUST GOT THERE FOR HER SHIFT. THIS LADY WAS HELPFUL FROM THE TIME I ENTERED TO THE TIME I LEFT👍

THE EMPLOYEE NAME WAS DEE. I ASK HER NAME AND SHE SAID "D" WELL ANYHOW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP. YOU HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👍

YOU NEVER EVER KNOW WHY A PERSON IS SHOPPING. FOR EXAMPLE IT MAY BE THAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A OUTFIT FOR A WEDDING OR A FUNERAL AND JUST TO SEE THAT SOMEONE CARES FOR OTHERS AND HOW HELPFUL THEY ARE MEANS A LOT. I WANTED TO TAKE THE TIME OUT OF MY SAY TO SAY THANKS SO MUCH. BLESS YOU ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
