Pizza Patrón Belt Line Road — Restaurant in Irving

I've eaten at Patron food is good but yesterday I order online received confirmation of my delivery with the address and they sent my food to the wrong address common sense is to call if your system didn't show a street name they called me tried to blame me and say we would see if anyone can deliver I said you know what just refund they said we already started the order at 710 they call me saying no one wants to deliver im getting a refund 2 hours I waited for no food . My pizza was not testing regular it was bad and it was 1045 pm when I picked up after I realized I called but it was 1104 so they were closed and didn’t pickup phone next day 11am I called so manager said she will make me both pizza what was ordered but bring back last night order which I did after that she said she can give me only 1 bcoz other one is not whole. I placed my order on the phone. When I came 20 minutes later. They lady took my money and I waited another 10 minutes. Two more customers came and went before i finally asked for my pizza. She stated they were still making it. 5 more minutes past. (You can see into the kitchen area) they lady then grabs the pizza that has been sitting out since before i get there.
