Shoppers World (Irving Mall) — Local services in Irving

Before I start my experience I would like to thank God for blessing me the lives and see a brand new day. Well it's been awhile since I've been to Shoppers World. I personally was very satisfied with all the merchandise that I treated myself I spent over $300 at the time that I was there I was remodeling my bathroom they had everything that I needed the color that I wanted so I was very happy about that. If you never been there then I will suggest you stopping by and see for yourself. I took pictures of the work that I did and all of the merchandise that I bought from Shoppers World and they went crazy Bears me who decorated my bathroom like that I told them it was me better believe it but hey I explained to them that this is something that I want to do I have never did my bathroom the way is done now. I really I did myself this time you only live once so enjoy your life to the fullest that's the way I feel. At the apartments was affordable and I wanted to do something special for myself I deserve it and I am satisfied with the store does that everything went well. The merchandise was worth it at that time I didn't worry about I had the money to get it so I bought it thank you so much but having everything that I need for my new bathroom. I was a regular customer here for a while but today was the last day of me ever shopping at "shoppers world in Irving". They tried to cheat me out of $10 which is a very small amount of money to lose customers over. The manager and they lady working the register both told me all sales are final when I just wanted to exchange for a bigger size because there's no dressing rooms to try clothing in store. I drove over an hour to do some summer shopping for my kids here because of the deals but this place seems to change with the day sometimes they're ok and others they're upset or just plan short with customers. After talking to the manager who was very rude by telling me I shouldn't have bought it if it didn't fit, SR. your store DOES NOT have dressing rooms so that comment was unnecessary and very silly. Shoppers world is a Department store for stocking apparel, shoes & accessories, plus housewares, etc.. In this tore you will find the items in a cheaper rate but the quality of the items are good for fewer items. if you need to buy some things which you need to use and through or for rough use. you can get it here. I bought the school shoes here which is of $11 and ok with this quality. Some negative feedbacks are the store is not air conditioned and running with giant fans in all the corners. Only few persons are there for support. Store is not clean and billing counter is unidentifiable. Most of the items are in low quality. I have checked the dress, shoes and few home needs but not satisfied to continue surfing so i have exited the store with in 10 minutes. Looking for improvements...
