We’ve been coming to this place and even though the bread is good, their customer service has always needed improvement. The ladies almost always seem to be in such a bad mood that they talk to you however they please.

My mom went yesterday to try and possibly get a quote for a cake and she was told that they couldn’t help her because they were busy. Take into consideration that my dad called before showing up to ask if they could come in to talk to them about putting an order in for a cake, and he was told yes, that they could. They were told to go the next morning, that at that time they could talk to someone then. My mom went today, and they lady told her that they couldn’t help her, that they needed to make an appointment for that. And my mom told them that she was not told that, yesterday evening, when they were turned down as well. THIS LADY HAS THE NERVE TO TELL MY MOM THAT WELL, YOU MUST HAVE NOT UNDERSTOOD YESTERDAY. (With an attitude.) My mom told her that not once was she told to make an appointment at any point. And they proceeded to tell her the same thing. Ordered a Birthday minion cake for my Grandson, and while the cake was nice, they did not get the decoration for the top, so when I picked up my cake was missing all the minions decorations on top, which defeated the purpose of the cake. All they said was sorry we don't have the decorations here is $5 back. They should inform customer that they might not have the cake as shown so I could have ordered somewhere else or at least tried to go and buy decorations myself, not wait until pick up time to tell me. Also they did not have a box she just gave me a piece of carton to carry it and the cake was open we had the birthday at the lake so not Good at All. I hAd though this was a good business but is not.
