Pollo Regio — Restaurant in Irving

This place is so bad the employees don't know how to treat their customers. I came in and order two bake potatoes and and order of tacos and they made me wait 35 minutes to be exactly so I have to go and ask about my order and the cashier gave me two plates in a plastic bag I told her she was missing something I felt like she didn't want me to know that I was missing part of my order. Then she just told me that they only have one bake potato so I have to wait like 10 more minutes so they can replace the potatoe. Then the very next day went back to get some chicken when I came in they have a bag with a whole chicken beans and rice and she tried to give me the one the have on the front corner. I told the cashier I want a new one and she say ohh this is good they order it but then they didn't want it. And today is June 10, 2018 I went there by 9:00 pm order me a torta she said pull up the the window so when I arrived there I asked for habanero salsa she said ok but when I got my order I saw the green salsa. I told her I asked for habanero and she just look at me and say we don't have anymore because we just close and throw it away so I was like ok. So it means I waited for an hr and didn't even get what I want. When I came home open my plate they didn't put the fries with my torta I called them and the lady she didn't know what to said so I told her I am coming tomorrow so they can make my order right. After tomorrow not coming back again to this place really bad costumer service and they don't even make orders right and am always have to wait for almost 45 minutes to and hr this is...

I’ve been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. I’ve always loved them because I love the sauce but these past couple of times I went, it was horrible. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt today but customer service from the women are trash. I ordered 5 tacos and the regio bowl. I waited 12 minutes at the window just for the lady to come ask me what did I order? By this time I’m irritated and hand her my receipt. Because how do you not have my order ready by now? Anyways, she said ok I have your order. Waited another 5-8 minutes. Just for her to give me the wrong order. I hand the dude this plate of JUST MEAT in aluminum and was like is this supposed to me by bowl? He said no it’s not I’m sorry. I seen her through the window go up to him and basically so well that’s what I gave her. & she just looked at me for a few seconds and turned away. I just said out loud, how do you hand me the wrong order and not care: the guy came to the window and said here’s your bowl. Sorry about that. I went through the drive thru to order a grilled chicken salad with no avocado. The woman who took my order had a nasty attitude and as i was trying to place the order, she just stopped talking. I proceeded to the drive thru window and a man opened up the window. I repeated the order to him and I guess her attitude was transferred to him. He has zero customer service skills and I was treated as an afterthought. I looked in my bag and noticed that they put green sauce in the bag. I asked could the green sauce be substituted for red and he rolled his eyes at my request. When I got to work, the salad looked as if it was just thrown together haphazardly., and it had avocado which I asked more than once for it not to have. I'm allergic to avocado which made the salad inedible.

There are too many food places around this restaurant to choose from for me or any other customer to accept this type of unprofessionalism. I even went so far as to call the store and try to speak to a manager, and was told, " she's busy", and...
