Beautiful braids but the customer service is horrible!

They do not handle natural hair with care, my braider was literally combing my hair with a rat tail comb , root to ends ! Had to ask her to blow dry and comb out my hair after realizing she had no intentions of doing so.

Don’t ask for them to turn down the loud tv for few minutes because apparently that’s impossible…

The gossiping and acting like high schoolers even though the braiders are grown women is where I draw the line. They gossip and give “looks” to each other about clients as they sit there !

Also don’t dare ask for a braider to stop braiding your hair even though there’s 3 people on your head pulling in each direction. They will literally look at each other and ignore you like you not in agonizing pain.

Second time here and...

I recently experienced hair breakage and called this facility requesting cornrows with no added hair and was made fun of by the staff and manager the entire time I was there. I never felt so uncomfortable at a hair salon a true devastating experience. Many things can lead to hair breakage but as a hair professional who specializes in hair the better route would have been to provide suggestions of hair growth instead of make another black woman feel less than. Wouldn’t want another black woman to experience what I did today.

I went back to Nadira hair Braiding today to get my Hair braided. This time LOY did my hair. I like this time better then the first time. The length is good. Not toooo long! The style is just how I want it. The ladies was very polite & professional as to be expected! A nice environment! As I watched the other ladies do customers hair. Lots of wonderful and professional talent. Keep up the great jobs ladies. Thank you LOY for the wonderful job on my hair. I love it! See you ladies again! LOY I want you to do hair again the next time I come!
