This place is run by a deceptive, if not dishonest person. We purchased a beautiful EXPENSIVE sculpture from this location. It was very large and extremely heavy. The only way to get it home (CALIFORNIA) was to ship it. Violet agreed to package it for us so that it was 'shipping ready' and said we should pick it up the following day. When we picked up the box, it was wrapped in white paper and poorly taped. When we arrived at UPS, we had to remove the paper and tape. The photos attached are what Violet at Shell Shack covered up so that we couldn't see. Of course, we had to pay to have it RE-boxed.

Finally after the holiday craz I am able to get my sign on the way, definitely will be back to get more unique island decor wish I would have bought several more pieces and great prices may I add.

Agree with previous posters description of deceptive business practices. I purchased a metal sculpture for $215.99 (paid by credit card) that was to be shipped to my home. After following up for more than a month, I received my sculpture, missing a hand, and my credit card was charged an ADDITIONAL $272.32 for shipping. No response...
