I bought a lot of shirts the evening before we left Long Key. I honestly wasn’t paying attention to things being rung up and after we left I just kept the bag in my car to take home. When I got all the home to Maryland I realized the security tags weren’t removed. That reason was the cashier was new and learning. When I called the store I spoke with Candis. She really felt bad and wanted to make things right and she did. We worked out me shipping everything back to her and she would compensate me by replacing everything and adding another item to cover the shipping I paid. She was wonderful and very pleasant on the phone. To be honest at first my husband tried to remove one the tag unsuccessfully and she still replaced everything. When we go back down to the Keys this is now my go to store. It’s a nice store with a lot to choose from but most of all, you can’t put a price on customer service.
