I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. The Geek Squad Auto Install team at Best Buy Issaquah is awesome! They are super professional and knowledgeable about car electronics and were able to help me quickly and efficiently. I’m very pleased with my remote start + SmartStart system, it works perfectly! Overall, they do quality work and are so friendly. I would like to give 0 stars because I scheduled a TV repair with Geek Squad TWICE, and they where a NO SHOW both times! There was no communication from the repair person for both visits. I phoned Best Buy 3 times to get clarification, and I was told that communications were being relayed to the repair person but I never heard from them. I guess I can give a 1 star for the refund that I got for the up-front...
