I got two cookies here - one of them was the Cookies & Cream cookie, and the other was Cannoli
I divided each cookie into four chunks, and so ate the overall cookies over the course of a few days
First, the cookies and cream one. I thought this was the better of the two cookies. I could feel its density throughout - there was a ton of weight to each bite. I also really like how the outside was baked hard and not soft, like the Cannoli one
The icing was decent but I would've expected more of it. My favorite part about this was the white chocolate chips - which felt incredibly satisfying to bite into and tasted really good Wish the cookie contained more of them
Out of the two, this was really the only one that had a crunch
The Cannoli cookie disappointed me. First, the filling was really minimal compared to the rest of the cookie. It felt like it was 90% the outer cookie and 10% the cannoli filling on each bite
The outside was ok - it was somewhat crumbly but tasted fine - but there was just a lot of it - and since there were no chocolate chips or any other fillings in the meat of the cookie other than just the dough - it got a bit old just getting like 90% dough
You really don't taste the filling at all until you get to the edge of the cookie - where it combines well with the chocolate chips At this point, where I could actually taste the filling, I found it to be quite flavorful Unfortunately, I missed out on this taste for the majority of the remaning cookie
Overall, I thought these cookies were probably good overall, but not worth the $5 price tag for each and certainly not worth the 600 and 760 calories respectively for each one
Cookies & Cream: 8/10 Cannoli:...
Read more0* if possible, worst customer service I have ever endured in my life, and they not only did not provide the item but also failed to provide a refund.
I was having an already bad week and wanted to treat myself with a Dubai Brownie, so I ordered through the app for delivery, and was informed it was out of stock. This is not a huge problem, I asked for a refund and was told it could not be processed, no substitutions or anything was offered, and the employee berated me to other employees so loudly I could hear it over the phone. I cannot overstate how mortifying it is to hear people talk about you and mispronounce your name as if you are some animal.
I am done with this location and beyond frustrated with what I had to endure. This employee was also rude to the poor DoorDash driver, which is totally unacceptable in my book.
I will be persuing a refund through my credit card and telling everyone I know to avoid the location. I cannot believe that this is modern day America, and a company that will charge a premium per item. At least have the good sense to be apologetic and kind at this...
Read moreCrumbl has been a game-changer for those special treat moments or when we're celebrating something big. The cookies here aren't just good; they're mind-blowingly delicious. Each one is enormous, making them perfect for sharing or for those times you just want to indulge.
What really stands out is the sheer variety and the boldness of flavors packed into every cookie. And the frosting? There's plenty of it, adding to the decadence of each bite. Whether you're into classic flavors or looking to try something new and adventurous, Crumbl's rotating menu means you're always in for a surprise.
Price-wise, it's what you'd expect for a specialty dessert spot in the area, and honestly, for the size and quality of these cookies, it feels worth it.
The service at Crumbl has always been top-notch too. Everyone's super friendly and happy to help, whether it's your first visit or you're a regular looking for the latest flavor drop.
For anyone looking to treat themselves or make an occasion even more special, I can't recommend Crumbl enough. These cookies are more than just a dessert; they're...
