I will not ship here again. I purchased a paint sprayer. I was told that if it was open and / or used, and I wanted to return it, it would be subject to a restocking fee.

I attempted to return it unopened and obviously unused. I was told that they wouldn't be able to resell it once they accepted the return and that they were charging me a restocking fee. I asked why they wouldn't be able to resell it? I was told that I could have returned a box of rocks (which is obviously offensive). I don't always keep my receipts especially to places that have my info in theirs system but this store managed to make me feel like I was a inconvenience for not having it plus they wanted to act like they wasn't going to warranty out my Sawzall when I needed to exchange it because the Sawzall I was exchanging didn't work anymore.....why else would I be exchanging it for??? And why am I paying almost $30 for a warranty if you can't exchange...
