Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Stringtown road location has been terrible the past several times we’ve ordered. Just tonight it showed 49-59 minutes wait for delivery. After an hour and 15 minutes I tried to call. Was on hold for an additional 15 minutes. During that time I drove to the location. When I walked in there were about 15-20 pizzas waiting for delivery. I showed them the email and wasn’t even offered an apology. Just an excuse that they only had 2 drivers. We had a coupon for free pizza because this happened the last time. So I gave them the coupon and when i picked up my pizza, surprise! They were cold on the bottom. When I asked if they could be warmed up, again no apology. Instead she looked and me and said “they were on a warming rack” even though I saw they were just sitting with the other pizzas off to the side waiting for a delivery driver. I said never mind I’ll just microwave them. By this time it had been well over an hour and a half. When I carried my cold pizza to the car I got in the car and when I looked inside they were all laughing like it was a joke. This place is a disgrace and they can keep their free pizza coupons. I’d much rather pay for good service and accurate delivery description than free garbage from people like them. Good...

Ordered garlic Parmesan bread sticks and the garlic butter was literally dripping out of the box. I had ordered garlic sauce with it but got marinara instead. Cinnamon bread was good though. Everything was just very messy.

Editing this review after 2 more incidents with this location. The first one was actually from my mom, who made an order online but upon arrival got the completely wrong pizza. When she called the store, the girl making the food said she thought it was a mistake and made what she thought would be a better order (as a former GM for pizza chains I would never do that, I’d at least call and confirm to avoid food waste if it was that weird. It wasn’t, it was just olives on pizza.) when we called in about this, the worker we spoke to was a bit rude and insisted on giving me a credit on my account (just a note for a free pizza) rather than refunding the order. (Bigger problems besides wrong pizza, the delivery order actually had to be picked up). Tonight, I took a chance and ordered a bacon pizza. Whoever made this pizza isn’t good at it, not nearly enough toppings and it all sunk to the middle. Each piece has 1-2 bites of bacon and then the rest of the pizza is cheese. Please...

Ordered at 7 around 9 I called for status, they said it should be about another 25 minutes.we had company one of witch was my granddaughter who loves shaq shes 4 years old . They had to leave because it was getting late and she has preschool, she didn't get dinner tonight and didnt understand why she didnt get her pizza and was just sobbing, and was mad at shaq . I told her it's not his fault honey. It broke my heart to see her crying. After I ordered I checked the reviews and saw a bunch of upset customers for the same thing we had to cancel the order because everyone was leaving, that picture of her crying burnt in my mind , I wont give them another chance to break a little girls heart . My granddaughter is 4 and looks just like sindy lu in the grinch, and very upset...
