Food that I received was fresh and delicious. I ordered 3 burritos and received zero burritos. One the guy at the drive thru window handed me the bag of food, I asked him if everything was in the bag abd he assured me that all of my order was in the bag. I live apprixately 10 miles put of town, it was around 8pm and I was purely exhausted from my work day. Needless to say I wasn't going to drove back for my dinner considering the length of the drive and all other family had their dinner as expected. After calling the store and explaining my situation, the store manager inforned me that TB would not allow them to have my food (their mistake) delivered. She had the GM call me back that evening to explain the same thing. I was trying not to inconvenience those who were also waiting in the long drive thru line by sitting and checking my order prior to departure. I knew better and let my guard down. The GM was unable to reimburse my account for the 3 missing burritos but said I could come some other time to retrieve them. The managemt team was professional and cordial throughout this entire process, just as I was. The better remedy would be to ensure that your TB staff are inspecting the orders 100% of the time to check for accuracy prior to handing over the purchased items. I would also believe that people should be 100% honest when a customer asks a question because I was prompting him to verify the accuracy of my order which gave him the opportunity to check the bag prior to handing it out the window after being untruthful in his answer. I haven't had enough time to go explain this whole scenario to whoever may be working at TB in order to pickup the burritos that I purchased almost 2 weeks ago and by the time I actually get there the entire team may no longer work there. Restaurants are often giving an answer very similar to this when mistakes are made and if anyone else us like me, the missing items are never picked up allowing the restaurants to make a 100% profit with each mistake made. If restaurants valued their customers they should have better ways to ensure that 99% of their customer base is happy. The other 1% of people nobody can make happy. I hope this makes everyone more aware of the need to be a bit more customer driven and find a way to shoe customers that they are valued without being taken advantage of by the few who would be considered the grit of society. Thanks for reading abd hopefully anyone who reads this will benefit in some...
Read moreNormally this location is my first choice when it comes to Taco Bell but I think it will be my last option from now on. This place has gone downhill fast. I got to the drive thru at 10pm on July 2nd. It was moving slow but I was ok with it. I had 2 steak chalupas with no tomato and a chicken quesadilla with lettuce and sour cream in my order. The guy taking my order (who I am pretty sure was drunk) told me they were out of chicken after he had me repeat my order 2 times… if you weren’t ready for me, you could’ve said so. No big deal, asked for a cheese quesadilla with lettuce and sour cream. Rang me up and all was good. It is currently 10:45pm and I am just getting home to find out I never got my quesadilla yet I was still charged for it. Also, there was 2 pieces of steak in each chalupa and hardly any cheese, lettuce or sour cream. This isn’t the first time I’ve been missing either my food or someone else’s but was still charged for it. This however is the first time I’ve received hardly any protein or toppings in what I order. Had the line not been insanely long and I hadn’t just driven 20 minutes home, I would’ve gone back. I understand staffing issues as everywhere pretty much is still having issues but I feel as though this is where management needs to step in and help out. Like I said above, this used to be my first choice, my go to place to get tacos. I just feel as though it will continue to go downhill unless management steps up or a change in management is put together. I will drive further for my late night Taco Bell...
Read moreWow, so much went wrong here. While taking our order at the drive thru the guy kept saying after EVERY item "is that it?" Like we were wasting his time. Maybe he's had too many people not tell him when they're done but I ALWAYS say "and that's it" after my order is complete. Then when we got up there we paid we a $25 gift card. We didn't know how much was on it. He gave us the receipt and said there was nothing left on the card. The order came to $19.44... pretty sure no gift card starts out at $19.44. We asked him to give us the card back. We checked the balance and she enough we had $5.56 left on it... so he tried to steal from us. Then give us our order and mine was the completely wrong item. I order a CRUNCHwrap and there was a burrito in there. Nothing crunchy about it. There was hardly any chicken among the lettuce and tomato in my husband's tacos, we had to dig to find it. Then we saw all the cups fall out of the dispenser onto the floor and he just picked them up and put them back in it. We didn't dare go back to fix my wrong order, they'd probably spit on it. Worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I sure hope it...
