My drive thru order was messed up and I was going to go into the store to have it fixed but the dining room was closed. I didn’t want to go back through the line because it took me 20 minutes the first time despite being only the second car in line. I decided to call the restaurant with the hopes that they could just bring out my missing items for me. However, I was parked right outside and watched the lady hang up on me two times. I decided to go through the line and after waiting fifteen minutes, I got to the speaker. I explained that my order was wrong and I was hung up on when I tried to call. She very rudely claimed she didn’t hang up on me and when I told her I saw it she said, “Ok, well, I’m happy for you,” instead of apologizing. I ignored this comment and told her I needed my order remade because it was wrong and the rest of it was cold now. She said “Well I’ve been trying to ask you what you got and you won’t tell me.” I told her she hadn’t asked me yet but I’d be happy to tell her. She tried to argue with me some more over this, but I interrupted and let her know it must have just been a miscommunication. I then told her my order, and she brought it out to me early, which I appreciated. However, after arriving home with my order, I realized all the food was extremely cold. Read moreWent to this store for dine in......oh what a mistake that was. It was a little hectic, there were a few customers seated waiting on their food. Two unatteded children were running around the restaurant screaming and throwing toys and blankets all around the dining room. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes when a manager finally came out of the back to the front counter and yelled at the children to stop screaming and sit down before she throws their tablets away. Thats when I realized they were her kids. The manager had her kids running around the dining room while she was working (as was her husband/boyfriend) and thought it was ok to scream at them in front if a dining room full of guests. She finally very rudly asked for my order. I understand that sometimes people go through hard times and need to bring their children to work, but this was so unprofessional and embarrassing for this company. I wish someone would check the camera and see exactly how many customers left without even ordering after me. There were two just while I was sitting there. Read moreThe first time I came to this location they took about 10 minutes to even take my order. Then I get to the window and they tell me to park around the side which I did. Then customers were kind of blocked where she asked me to park so I moved over more anyways food was cold and service kinda sucked. Chopped it off like it was their off day. 2nd time I came tooo forever to just take my order and again food was cold. Sorry but Burger King doesn’t taste that good cold. 🤮 today I went one person in front of me took his order he drove up. I drove up to the window and she was like “is that all” I’m like “ I havnt ordered yet “. Then she said hold on A person then pulls up to the second order lane and immediately they took that persons order. I sat and watched and listened to her get her order and again I’m still sitting waiting to have my taken. We decided to just pull around and walk in and order for them to make excuses and tell us that they a were confused and didn’t know. Like ok.
