Came in the store and picked out a diamond and setting to be shipped in. Anna was very helpful in helping me find a ring and very responsive during the order process. I planned to propose May 5 and was told the worst case scenario would be May 5 delivery and only a natural disaster could cause delivery past that date. Was called on the morning of proposal and told clerical errors on the part of the manufacturer Fana caused a delay and the ring would not arrive. Albritons provided a great substitute ring to use for the proposal, but the actual ring did not arrive until Thursday morning and the stone was not set until Friday afternoon. It was disappointing that the stone was not set immediately after a week long delay. The ring turned out beautiful and it was an overall good experience and good expertise by the staff at Albritons. Also, the trainee and I were likely in great conversation and I may have been distracting the process hahah. And for the record, the trainee is excellent- he even showed me to keep my rings on a necklace during exercise :)

They fixed my grandmother’s ring, and when I needed another ring re-bent, they did it in less than 5 minutes and at no cost, although I offered. The only reason I didn’t put another star is due to the ring not being sized upon drop off, so I had to come back in for a sizing, which I assume is protocol upon drop off. So it felt like an extra trip back to the store.

There was apparently some mistake with the order to send it back to the manufacturer for repair and it sat for for months at the warehouse without the work being done. When it was finally brought to the attention of the owners, I was contacted by Cameron Albriton who tried to rectify the situation, but the country and the manufacturer were shut down for a couple more months.
After a long wait, I received my watch today. It was repaired and polished, looking good as new. While mistakes can (and did) happen, Cameron took full responsibility for their error and personally saw to it that my watch was repaired and returned to me at their expense.
