Are you tried of the same old bland soap? Do you need an instant morale boost? Do you want to support a local business? Are you looking for great customer service? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then please visit Buff City Soap.

I visited the Jackson, MS location in the very beautiful Highland Village today. The entrance had an awesome balloon arch that denoted they were supporters of the local children's hospital. They even had an soap that supported the hospital too. I did not purchase that soap but I did purchase 4 bars (They had a 4 for $20 sale.) I purchased Oatmeal and Honey, Cherry Almond, Baby Bar, and my personal favorite- Good Morning Sunshine.

The customer service was just as PLEASANT as the soap and all I would expect from Buff City. I'm glad they have a Jackson location so my mom can stay out of...

I’ve been going to Buff City Jackson since I heard of them in January. I don’t buy something every time I go but I enjoy the scents and the welcoming positivity when I am there. I always feel welcome! Liz is always there to talk to me. I like BC so much that I had my birthday party there. Two weeks later one of my friend’s had her bday party there. Easy peazy! The manager and staff were SPOT ON! What has really touched me is that after I didn’t show up in the store for a few months Liz went into an old record to call me to make sure I was ok. That is extra customer service! It is so wonderful to be thought of in this Covid time. That’s what a friend would do not just a store manager! I love the people (staff) I love the products I...

Buff City Soap has been great since the very beginning. They first drew us in on opening day with their fun bubble machine outside! My 2 year old loved it and when my 17 year old walked in the store, she immediately fell in love. After using their products, her infatuation was confirmed! The younger one also LOVES the bath bombs and I love that I don’t have to worry about either of their skin while using these products. Yesterday we hosted a birthday party for 6 teenage girls and it was SO fun! Everything was well done and professional. They had fun the WHOLE time and went home with a TON of soap! Well worth it!
