Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

AUGUST 11, 2024 JFC. I give up! I dont even know what tf this is? Doesnt look like a pizza. Instead it looks like what used to be a pizza, but twice baked and burnt. I worked 12 long hours in the heat for this garbage? Close the doors and open a Dominos. Because this is just trash. I honestly do not know why I expected it to be different than any other experience. Dec 1st 2023-Newest review: GARBAGE. Still consistently inconsistent and unapologetically unapologetic. Still subpar food and subpar service. This location and its management simply do not care about the quality of the food they sling out or any return business. For $18 I should get a little more than two huge clumps of undercooked pizza dough topped with cold uncooked bell pepper and two mushrooms. Once again I left empty handed and with a refund. Never once was I asked why I was unhappy with the product-just issed the refund and moved on to the next victim. 12/23 Edit/update: From 5 stars to negative 500. Garbage food, sloppy, messy, soaking wet and undercooked -raw dough-and thats after a 45 minute wait. The pizzas were never put in the ovens when I came for scheduled pick up and when I finally got them home and opened them up they were undercooked and raw. Straight into the trash can. Reached out to management (she laughed) AND corporate, twice, and got zero response. Why? Because they apparantly dgaf. How a decent pizza joint could go downhill sooo fast is a mystery. From a jewel to a dumpster fire. Worst food I have ever paid paid...

First time I got crazy bread from here they were so doughy I ate like 1/3 and threw the rest away. Last night I ordered a pizza, crazy bread and 2-liter online and paid in advance. Well I didn’t know the Jackson Christmas parade was going on, and all the streets to little Caesars were blocked, even a police officer told me to just forget getting there in my car, and I wasn’t about to walk there either as I’m 7 months pregnant. So I tried to call the store to cancel my order, or at least ask if I could get some sort of credit for another time since I paid and there was physically no way for me to get there, but the phone was like off the hook or something, it just kept beeping. So I just called now to see if it’d be different today, but nope, still off the hook. I’ve called 9 times, how are you running this place when your phone isn’t even working? Like I don’t get it. Pretty upset they took my money and I didn’t get my food and there’s no way for me to get a hold of anyone to ask what to do about it. Like I genuinely wouldn’t even be that upset if they said sorry we can’t reimburse you, but the fact there’s no way to even contact the store the last two days… idk, so you get a bad review. ❌ Don’t pay before you have your pizza in your...

I came in here today to order 2 orders of pepperoni crazy puffs and they didn’t put pizza sauce in them so they weren’t as good as they are supposed to be... I came for the crazy puffs specifically, because i loved them the first time i had them at a different location, the pop of the pizza sauce when you bite into them is… well.. sensational. Unfortunately; at this location, the absence of pizza sauce made them dry, and dissatisfying, because the staff didn’t do their job correctly… I dont think ill be back to this store…

UPDATE: i went again in hopes the staff just “forgot” to put the sauce in, or that the employee who made my specific “crazy puffs”, was just ignorant of the pizza sauce being an ingredient of the crazy puffs the first time i visited this location.

…But LOW AND BEHOLD, my crazy puffs were again just full of Grease, and completely absent of pizza sauce!

I will NOT be back to this location. Absolutely...
