I’ll start off by saying BK is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I’ll frequent more times than I should if I ever have a problem. This location, like others, seem to have started to decline in consistency. You’re food will nearly always be exactly as it should be made, during lunch hours. At night? Good luck. Tonight I asked for no pickles on one sandwich, and an original chicken sandwich. I rarely go there in the evening to begin with, but any times I have gone, it’s been through the drive thru for dinners. I’m mostly there for lunch time.
The one sandwich had the pickles (I know, not that big of a deal, but, again, consistency) and the chicken sandwich had barely any lettuce on it. This is not the first time. 100% of the time that I’ve gone through drive thru for dinner meals, I’ve gotten home only to open my sandwich to see I have a sprinkling, if that, of lettuce on my sandwich. I’d like to enjoy what I paid for, and not having that lettuce like it is intended properly included, the sandwich looses an element of enjoyment.
I’m disappointed that the consistency is nearly night and day with the staff.
And, as a side note, something is different with the chicken sandwich. It’s not like I remember when I was a kid. I love a fresh patty, but it seems I’m always - no matter what time I’m there - getting colder, older patties. Once in a blue moon it tastes like I remember, but it’s seriously that rare.
Regardless, I still love it mostly when it is made correctly. But this store needs whoever is daytime managing to get on night time to make sure consistency is followed through. Can easily lose a customer otherwise, who also could leave a worse review than mine, and it can snowball into doors closing.
Come on, sandwich makers. It’s not a hard job to do - I know because I used to do it, too, a long time ago. Have a little pride - it can mold your talents in ways...

We waited around 25-30 mins in the drive thru (before getting to the speaker). Debated on leaving a couple of times, but stuck it out. We shoulda left. I've worked fast food, many many times. Yes you're in a hurry to get the customer their order, but pay attention and make it correctly so they keep coming back. These newer generations want more pay, but so can't do the job. Slow down a little and read the screen. Just pay attention to what it says. I'd rather wait a little longer and have a correct order, than fast and incorrect. Very simple order. Asked for 2 whoppers, 1 with no lettuce and 1 with no onion no mayo. Even the woman on the speaker repeated it correctly. I guess no one on the assembly line cares to read screens, still. Got 2 whoppers with everything on it. Ihad a feeling we shoulda checked the bag, but why wait in the drive thru for then to fix it? Burgers were very bland. No flavor. Won't come back here. I shoulda read the reviews. I didn't realize they were that bad. This visit was bad. A few visits before the fire was pretty good. Teach employees to always put customer service and accuracy first and you'll have so many happy customers, they'll be back again and again and will praise you left and right. A MANAGER RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AS SHE SAW THE CASHIER WAS HAVING PROBLEMS. THE MANAGER NAME WAS NATASCHA AND DONT REMEMBER THE CASHIER NAME. NATASCHA DELETED YHE ORDER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK ME TO REPEAT IT FOR HER AND APOLOGIZED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES.
