Huddle House — Restaurant in Jackson

Wish it had zero stars that's what it would be today.. Service totally poor all together.. Place was dirty, slow service, unprofessional staff, staff was complaining it was hot in there and complaining how busy it was.. Employees not in proper work attire on and had a jacket on with the F word on it.. Employee sitting at the bar, cook told a customer no when asked for ketchup. Food wasn't made correctly and got mad when asked about it. All around bad service. Tables was dirty and wouldn't wipe down condiment bottles before reusing. One employee took a bottle off a dirty table and gave to another customer to use.. They wasn't telling customers they was out of stuff and made it however they wanted to make it.. Our server yelled at cook asking if they had mac and cheese.. The cook made a statement about it's not her F in problem when asked to remake a burger without onion. Every one there very...

Terrible experience. Ordered through grubhub (the driver was amazing and none of this was her fault) and nothing was made correctly except for the pancakes and toasted bread. We ordered $70 worth of food only to have the hashbrowns be HARD, the beef tips be completely charred and inedible, and they almost forgot another part of our order again. We have tried ordering delivery 3-4 times now and every time has been a disappointment and something is completely inedible. Eating in is good, but DO NOT order online and get delivery. They will mess something up and they don't care at all. Tired of wasting my money here.

I ordered through Grubhub tonight, 3/10/2023. Out of an order we placed (over $50) we received a box with a pancake and another box with hash browns. No double cheeseburger, hash browns with cheese and ham. No bacon egg and cheese biscuit with cheese hash browns. No 3 pancake order, just a single pancake. No syrup. The pancake was inedible. Literally, there were chucks of stuff in it that was not from the batter. I’ve tried for 30 minutes to call them and no one will pick up the phone. This is not a Grubhub issue. This is a Huddle House issue and I am beyond livid. My driver had to wait over 30 minutes before they finally gave her what they claimed was our order which obviously was NOT.
