The ladies in this store are PHENOMENAL. Top notch!!!! Tiffany was patient, extremely helpful, honest and kind. I was so impressed with all the staff. And even more thankful for the way they treated me while I was there. My best friend passed away the day before we went to shopping for something I could forever remember her by. And Tiffany removed something from every case. Took her time to let me see and try them on. She genuinely cared that I found the right thing for me. She took her time and helped me pick out something that was meaningful. It wasn’t a sale for her. She genuinely cared about me that day. She treated me with the most kindness. I came in with my girl to browse and see what she liked. They asked if I wanted to make a account there, the lady's name was Connie. I said sure, but i have no established credit and i dont want to apply for a credit card. She said there wasnt going to be mail sent and it was not for an application credit card. It sets up an account with or without credit. I said okay and turn around and I get exactly the opposite of what she said. If this lady thought it wouldn't catch her, she was wrong. I was considering buying from here at a later time. Forget that, if you have to lie to me and then my girl in front of our faces, you don't deserve my time, money, or a positive rating. I have been a Kay Jewelers customer for many years. I am always pleased with how helpful the employees are and what good service they provide. Aubrey and Tiffany at the Jackson TN store are amazing. Aubrey helped me multiple times in the last week she is very knowledgeable and helped me with a trade in to get a dream ring set. She is a definite asset to this company.
