KFC — Restaurant in Jackson

4/23 I stopped by to use the T-Mobile app because they sent me a promotion. I was having a difficult time trying to make it work. That’s when Breyana Horton came out to help. She was very patient very friendly greeted me with a smile, and answered my questions. She did not make me feel like I was putting her out. The employee before her had just finished helping a customer when I asked her for help. Instead of saying they don’t honor the promotion she said didn’t know. I thought this was very appropriate to say. The entire staff was working and helping customers as they walked in if they weren’t in the back getting chicken orders ready they were out on the floor, cleaning the tables and mopping the floor The entire staff seem to be working as a team one helping the other in different areas. I felt peaceful and relaxed that I decided to eat one of my meals in the store. Meanwhile, the employees took their brakes and were covering each other during those breaks while I just listen and minded my own business. I have to give Breyana a lot of credit as a general manager of the store because she runs a good crew. The food is fresh. The customers walked out of here, happy they interact with each other just because they feel the friendliness of the employees. As for my order, I was asked to wait and I did. I was not in a hurry, but for waiting, I got fresh fries and chicken tenders, which was part of my order. I noticed Breyana takes pride and her chicken because she made sure all her employees know to provide a fresh meal for the customers I hope somebody will recognize the hard work. Breyana does with her staff, and they recognize the employees on duty on this day. I love KFC and I will make the drive here. I am here...

Great service very clean an pleasant atmosphere. The next best thing to home cooking without the mess. We ordered 3 of the $5.00 fill ups ,my favorite is the original recipe. It was fresh moist .in one word GREAT. For less than $20.00 we got 9 pieces of chicken,6 sides green beans ,creamed potatoes with gravy, slaw with 3 biscuits. Can you cook a meal like that for that price. I think not . if you follow my reviews if it's not good or there are issues with the food or the order ,I promise I want tell you different. I have over 155 years in fast food an I criticize where its needed. But this was by far a well deserved 5 star rating an I recommend it to anyone that loves southern fried chicken. IT WAS FINGER...

The food was great. The wait was not. But, they definetly were hustling to go as fast as they could. The dining room is closed so the drive thru line stayed to the road the entire time we were there. It was approximately an hour wait just to get to the menu to order but after that it was super quick to get the food and go. We did notice you could order ahead and there are 4 pickup spots located on the opposite side of resteraunt, near the drive thru so you can pull in and bypass the line. It didn't look like that service was even being used so it is probably new and I will definetly use it next time.
