The general manager as of 4/26/2024 is extremely disrespectful and a termagant.
The way she talks to not only the associates but customers is repulsive.
I came in looking for a dress for my child to wear and a kind associate helped me with finding the dress and also recommendations that was in the store.
I returned the dress for a full refund not even 30 minutes later. I can not see myself giving my buisness to an establishment that hired a general manager that treated the associates and customers so poorly.
My initial interaction with the general manager, I was not in the store for 10 minutes. She looked the associate in her face and said, "Who is this?" In a snarky and vindictive tone.
I promptly stated that I was a customer and she did not greet, acknowledge, or even look my way.
The line was getting long and the general manager called out to the associate that continued helping me and said, " Associate's Name, come over here, you helped her enough!" She kept going on about why I didn't need help anymore until the associate walked over there.
There was two other women in the establishment that was putting clothes on racks and the other doing a dual job of greeting and what looked to be tagging clothes.
This general manager had time to be on her phone. She aslo had time to walk off twice when I was in the line to purchase and return the dress. The line was more than 5 people each time.
I have no idea why this woman is a nasty harpy. I have not been inside this establishment for over a year and it looks like it will be another few years before I go back,...

I called today, March 19 approximately at 10:00 - 10:15 am and explained the situation to a salesclerk and she said there was no exception, that they had to be returned today. I live in Lexington and she informed me that they were closing at 11:00 am making next to impossible for me to get there by closing. I told her I didn't want to try to make it in and possibly expose anyone to anything that I possibly might have as well as my daughter and grandson, who would have to drive me there. Felt like they were constantly looking at you like you were stealing when you are just coming in to shop and enjoy your shopping experience. Not very friendly. The only one that was kind was the person on the cash register that held my clothes when I had to leave to go to the restroom. She had 4+ people in line and all the other sales associates did not help. There was no way to try on clothes since fitting rooms were closed due to so much theft which one of the sales associates told me.
