If I could give this place a -5 star I definitely would. Let’s start off with the fact that we ordered (2) 24 party packs of burgers and one party pack was to be NO onions. The manager tried to argue and say their would still be onions because the burgers are cooked into it and that they couldn’t clean the grill this early. Mind you it was 7:13 and they’re supposed to clean the grill throughout the day anyways. My cousin then texted the manager over everyone after having the manager on call argue with her for 5 minutes because she has worked this location before. He was hysterical with what he was being told. He then told her to tell the manager that was on call that she can clean the grill and to cook it a certain way so the burgers wouldn’t burn without the onions. Fast forward to almost 8pm, we finally get one 24 pack with no onions & some cold fries but the burgers were plain! They only had cheese on them with no mustard or pickles. Then it was around 8:15 and they still have yet to bring out the other regular 24 pack. My cousin goes up to the front and the lady working said she thought we already received our second 24 pack. At this point it’s beyond ridiculous and asked for a refund and our food. They refunded us for one 24 pack and we got our food around 8:26. If you want some type of customer service, don’t go to the krystals on highland and old hickory in Jackson TN. The lobby was disgusting. They left the broom and dustpan laying in the lobby. Tables looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all day and the floor had old food scattered across it. Do not recommend this place at all until they can change their snotty attitudes and work ethic. Krystal burgers always hit the spot when I take my parents to their monthly Dr. Appointments. It's now become a tradition. We had a long day at several appointments, and my parents and 3 sons were all just worn out. Plus, it was pouring down rain and was just a very down and out day. The sweet lady behind the counter was so sweet, and her bright attitude just lifted my spirits. My two sons, twins that are 8 years old and they are terrified of storms and thunder, so they were quite visibly shaken and scared. She went out of her way to try her best to comfort and distract them while we were ordering at the counter. During all the chaos, I did forget to order their drinks, so I got back in line, and when I ordered them, she just gave them the cups and didn't even charge us for the drinks. I regret not getting her name because I would love to mention her in this review. I'm not sure what kind of day she was having, but she sure picked up on the kind of day it was for me. She went above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated and helped so very much. This is the kind of customer service, and just plain and simple kindness that we all need to learn from. Best milkshakes on north highland, When the machine works. Also when someone gets a burger and asks for no pickles, since you had them pull up to wait for fries why not make them fresh burgers instead of pulling the pickles off the ones already done. Other fast food does it that way. Except for the prices everything could be good. What they don't like to tell you is they are graded one their quickness so when you pull away from window their time starts on next order. Makes them look quicker when in fact they are not.

You could definately help by training the staff to make fresh food instead of picking things off an already sitting burger. Of course that's the difference of customer service and lip service. When you have no idea who has touched your food and what else they did with it would you feel better by me telling you we strive to be better? Paying 8 dollars for 4 little krystals and fries is ridiculous on it's own, but then seeing someone had picked at your food on top of it, how would you feel? I gave you five stars for the fire milkshake, then come back for another for the machine to be down so I get some food and get a zero star service so to be fair I give you three stars. I just want you to realize what is going on and you don't even mention you don't appreciate someone giving out four tainted burgers makes me wonder how much...
