KFC — Restaurant in Jackson

Messed up my order. It's bad enough when this happens but when it's the people that take your order and 10 seconds later they're making it and they still can't get it right you know there's issues. When I came back up the manager took it the order back to correct left the food on the counter to get cold while he went to get missing ingredients that one in stock. Finally asked for my money back and when he responded it I told him I wanted it also for the drink too and he kind of demanded the cup back which was on the tray. Very rude non-apologetic just an excuse maker. Unfortunately they had seven or eight employees and only two seem to be doing any work. The manager look like he belongs on the corner with the sign unshaven and unkempt. Don't know why this restaurant stays open as this is not the first time these...

Ignored at drive thru window and woman at the window didn't even have her mask on correctly....our very simple order was completely wrong , my husband's chicken sandwich was an over sized nugget and not even made at all how he asked. Also we were told out of fries but iam in the industry and probably had the fryers off. Our food tasted like it was sitting for a while and just giving us what was left.my chicken tenders looked like withered chicken feet....Now if a place is open till 9pm I should be able to get fresh hot food until 9pm. Merchants only get one chance to make a good impression in these days of drive thru and delivery only.....please do better. I dont frequent that area very often so hopefully this review will bring awareness...

This place is a joke to eat or work at. When a employee who actually went through classes knows how to run the place better than the actual general manager (who doesn't speak good english) or the assistant manager (who drinks too much) gets let go because he stands up for policies and procedures. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy to eat at. From first hand knowledge the chicken is served long after time has expired, some employees don't wash hands from the bathroom or wear gloves while serving. Recently there was mold in the coleslaw.
