As I received my order, I took one fry out of the bag and felt it was soggy and old. I tasted it and it was cold. I immediately brought it to the attention of the employee. She looked at me with disgust and told me she could not take it back because I ate it. I told her I ate one fry and it was old. She had a smug attitude as she told me I needed to pull around to the front. I asked her for her name and she said"what?". I asked again and she said "Isabella". I then asked for her managers name and said , "Kayla". She then told me I needed to move because she's got customers behind me. I drove to the front where I was greeted by Kayla. Kayla was extremely polite and asked about the incident. She told me that the employee I was talking about was not Isabella and that her real name was Valery. She advised me that she told Valery it was inappropriate to lie to the customers about her name, especially if she's giving the name of another employee there. This made me upset. I can deal with the cold fries and a poor attitude, but to put the blame on another employee by using their good name, unacceptable. This employee is making $20 an hour and I'm paying $43 for a few things at Taco Bell. Most of my co-workers refuse to pay these prices now. If I'm paying these high prices and the employees are getting paid like nurses, I think getting things right is in order. Once I began to eat my meal I realized the order was wrong. Tomatoes on the chalupas. The shells were hardened. The meat was cold in all of the hard shelled tacos. I was very disappointed. I have not had time to bring this incident to the managers attention. We shall see if Cameron takes...
Read moreYesterday I arrived at one of my favorite Taco Bell locations and had another horrible experience. Not one person greeted me for over 5 minutes so I decided to try the kiosk. I ordered. Selected cash at counter than proceed to wait for 15 minutes while a blond gentleman making food basically stared at me like I didn't belong there. I finally saw people getting their food who order after us and asked what's wrong. The "manager" (who was absolutely filthy and just got back from his break) said "WE" have to tell them when we select cash. So I supposed to do their job then tell them I ordered cash? 100% disconnect from the customers at all Taco Bell locations. They are turning these people into zombies. They just thought my family was hanging out in Taco Bell? Nobody could put 2 and 2 together and realize we were in there for 30 minutes and nobody was making our food. After two horrible experience at Taco Bell in California, I can honestly say I will never give them another dime. 47 years and...
Read moreEasily the worst Taco Bell I've been to and I'm from a town where 3 of our 5 Taco Bells got shut down because no one wanted to eat at them.
I had to surgically reconstruct my partners order from two incorrect orders, so I got a detailed peek inside at exactly how badly a crunch wrap is put together here, ie having all the meat on one side or just not being folded.
You have a good excuse as an employee for getting an order wrong when it's towards the end of a busy shift and you have multiple orders to deal with, but you really have no excuse when you're serving one person every 15 minutes. For comparison, there's a taco bell near my home town that will be swamped with literally hundreds of people at midnight, and they have never once gotten a single aspect of my order wrong.
I love Jackson, it's a nice little town I've been coming to all my life, and I love Taco Bell, it's an oasis in the desert of late night food, but Jackson deserves a better Taco...
