Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Jackson

Was very good when the first opened. Really liked that they had a nice salad bar. Went last night and it was a very different experience. The salad bar was almost completely empty of ingredients including dressing. What was left was a mess. When I commented on the poor condition, employees tried to convince me the had, "a rush" and that's why it was so bad. I have my doubts about the explanation as that would have meant the, "rush" would have been at 4:00 on a Thursday. Given the fact that there are never more than 2 or 3 tables at dinner time on any given day, it's unlikely there was any kind of a "rush". Over priced and bad quality. Pizza was ok however hygiene when handling food was exceptionally poor. No beard nets, food handlers were holding their phones and touching the register whilst handling food with no gloves. Appetizers were great! We got the mozzarella sticks and bread twists! He recommended the pizza sauce with the mozzarella and it paired perfectly! Attentive and caring staff! We tried out the Factory Special pizza and it was cooked perfectly and tastes great!
