Wilks Dugout — Local services in Jackson

I worked for this company for three years and 7 months. I know the inns and outs of Wilk’s Dugout. One thing I can tell you for sure the owner of this company is a good man, a honest man, and overall great person who cares a lot about his customers and his product. Why am I not given this place five stars you might ask, because of the other reviews they are accurate about his workers at this location. Now I do not recall all of them but I’m sure there is one who still works there that is actually rude and overall not concerned. I’m not going to say his name but the owner Scott does actually care a lot about his business. Are they pricey yeah that stuff isn’t cheap I know what he pays for it. Horrible first experience!! I went to purchase some team apparel and stuff for my car. I walk in, no one greeted me or even looked my direction. Mind you I was the only customer in here. Next thing I notice, the man behind the counter walks to the door, opens it, & greets the Caucasian male that walks in behind me and even asks if he could help him find anything.Where was my customer service???
