I am beyond disappointed with this location. I placed an order to be ready at 6:31pm; I walked in the door approx. 6:23. No big deal that it wasn’t ready; it wasn’t time yet. Three team members were on the line making subs. As I waited, a man entered with his kids. One of the team members left, leaving 2 on the line. The other online order was placed in the pick up area and the ticket attached to the bag said the time for that order to be picked up was 6:45. The man who came in and ordered while I was waiting, received his order while I continued to wait. My order wasn’t ready until 6:39pm. While I was greeted when I walked in, no one addressed me again. No one made conversation or asked if I was waiting for an order. If a customer is standing there waiting at the pick up area, it would be appropriate to ask the waiting person what they’re here for. If someone is already present and waiting for their order, then clearly this order needs to be made. Almost 20min from order placement and 10min after its scheduled delivery time is unacceptable. Even more unaccepted is that an order scheduled for a 6:45pm was completed and ready at the Pick Up area by 6:30pm. Also, a man with 2 sons came in and placed their order at the register and was served their food before my sub was ready. I inquired three times about my order; if they had received it, and twice how much longer it would take to make. The team member with short blonde hair moved at the speed of molasses and didn’t seem to put any haste in their step in making my order. I was given no apology for the delay. I gave myself enough grace time so that I would not be late to work. Instead, I was 7 minutes late and received an occurrence. Had my order been ready on time, I’d have not been late. Of note, this is the second time I have been late to work due to this location taking too long on pick up orders. I made no mention to Firehouse the first time it happened, but this time, I am livid. I will no longer be visiting...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize Savanah, the General Manager at Firehouse Subs, and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, the energy and professionalism from the staff stood out—but what truly blew me away was how far above and beyond they went to take care of my order.
Savanah’s leadership is clearly reflected in every detail of the experience. She was not only attentive and kind but genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Her team followed her lead with exceptional service, fast turnaround, and warm attitudes that made me feel like more than just a customer.
It’s rare these days to come across a place where customer service feels personal, intentional, and consistent across the whole crew—but that’s exactly what you’ll find here. If every business had a leader like Savanah at the helm, the bar for service would be in a whole new league.
I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you again to Savanah and her phenomenal team—you guys...
Read moreABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came in last night (7/16) 40 minutes before close, asked if they had sweet tea (a simple question), and the lady snapped at me, saying no because they're closing. Food came without pickles, and when we asked for them, she was insanely rude about the fact that she didn't do her job in the first place. We asked about the dip, and the guy asked if we wanted it to go... 40 minutes before close. They were also yelling between themselves and being completely unprofessional. This location is absolutely awful, and the service there is appalling. They do not treat PAYING customers who are being respectful and asking simple questions with basic decency and respect, those employees...
