We moved to Jacksonville recently and needed a new grill. I had been to Turner Ace a few times before with my daughter and immediately thought of them as the place to shop for grills. I thought we would get better and more personalized service than one of the big box retailers, as well as more of a selection at all price points and I was right! Bob at the Jacksonville Beach store was so knowledgeable and professional in helping make sure we found the right one for us and our budget. When it came time for delivery, we also had another great experience. Adam & Jordan had assembled our grill for us and delivered it as scheduled. They were friendly, courteous and professional while quickly going about getting it in place and making sure it was polished and perfect before they departed. I came in before x-mas looking for a dependable Meat thermometer, I was preparing a expensive cut of prime rib, and needed a good quality meat thermometer, I chose the middle of the range thermometer ( big green egg meter) about 40.00$ ! It was the perfect choice!! Our Standing Rib Roast came out Perfect!!! Thank you Mr.Pollard, You made me an instant kitchen Genius!! I ,myself was so proud of of my ability to pull off the unthinkable! ( a perfect dinner for the family!! I would also like to say that I enjoy this hardware very much! Recently purchased a Yoder smoker from Hodges Ace Hardware. Great service inside the store from Eric. Very knowledgeable about the products they had on hand and brought his own personal barbecue experience to the conversation. We had the smoker delivered. Adam and Brandon were very professional and did a great job not only bringing this extremely heavy smoker to the back porch and protecting our yard. But they also took away our old rusted out barbecue grill with no complaining. Overall, very pleased with Ace Hardware Turner home experience.
