Bamboo Express — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Honestly, one of the most poorly ran restaurants I have ever seen. The drivers are extremely rude, and the food is less than average at best. Do not waste your money here, HotWok on Emerson has far better quality food, lower prices, and actual customer service. The drivers at this establishment are sloppy/dopey looking, and they get angry when you are not outside waiting for them, because apparently they only know how to use a phone once they've arrived, not to let you know they're on the way. Ever find yourself at 9 o'clock at night hungry. Don't feel like cooking and cleaning up. I did and that's how I found this little gem. Call them up ordered some take out. They said it be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Got the generals chicken. Came on a bed of broccoli with a nice container of rice. The rice was perfectly cooked the broccoli was steamed. Great flavor for the with the chicken. The staff was very nice and also gave me an extra pair of chopsticks, fork, spicy mustard& Extra napkins. Overall, I liked this place. Customer service was very good. The atmosphere is nice too. Very clean. I ordered my food as takeout, but there were tables for those who would choose to dine in. The food was decent. I ordered the General Tso's chicken combo and krab rangoons. I got my order fairly quickly. Everything was hot and fresh when I got it.
