Extra Space Storage — Local services in Jacksonville

I have been renting for about a year and a half at this location and I was ready to move out due to lack of response from previous management about facility issues. Adrian has been amazing since he took over, he has truly taken this place and done a complete 360. He addresses every issue I have and Cris the AM has been exceptional as well. I am truly impressed by how wonderful they seem to work together, everytime I come to my unit Adrian is always cleaning, sweeping or out making sure the facility is well kept. Today I asked him a question not expecting him to know off the top of his head but when I gave him my unit number he answered quickly and efficiently and reassured me that my questions were addressed. I say all that to say Adrian and now Cris have changed my perception of storing at this facility and even though i plan on no longer needing storage soon if I ever store again I will go to whatever store that they are at. They are really amazing and helpful and after what me and my husband have been through at this site to have them come and change our minds speaks to them as people and professionals. 10/10...

This is one of the best storage facilities in Jacksonville! The Edison Avenue location is almost brand new and sparkling clean! My initial plan was to check it out, as well as see other facilities before making a decision which storage facility to use. However, once I stepped into their office and was warmly greeted by the very friendly and professional admin staff, Ms. Amber Klotz, who took great pains to show me each of the storage units that would meet my needs, how could I resist signing up with them? :-) Thank you, Amber! Your assistance/excellent customer service is greatly appreciated. Also note, that all of their units are climate-controlled, which, as you probably already know, is of paramount importance in the storage of valuables, including furniture, books, items of clothing, etc, over a long period of time, without degradation. Yes, failing to store your valuables in climate-controlled unit is foolhardy and I wouldn't recommend it. Finally, their units are reasonably priced way below what other storage facilities charge for such units....

1st. I had my unit broke into and had to fight/Stop the burglar and also injured myself while all on their property cause nobody must wasn't doing there job walking and checking the units or notified me.

2nd. I spoke with an employee lady she was very nonchalant about everything. and when i did catch him and ask for her help to call the police she went to her car and drove off leaving me helpless after she was informed and new burglary was going on before the Fight occurred cause she spoke with the officers Earlier. !Thank TO Officer T.Ferrari/My Security Skills for catching the guy cause he ran off to his tent behind (THEIR) facility plus he had a unit and was sleeping in Overnight and was stealing from other units in their facility.

3rd me and the crime units got a search warrant for his unit and found mines and other units belonging i will be calling a lawyer cause this is mind bothering/ injuries on the premises and it all happened yesterday from 1pm-12am...
