I discovered this magical place through Groupon, and it quickly became my go-to spot for relaxation and self-care. What I love most is how easy it is to schedule my appointments online as most day spas prefer calls, but here, it’s super simple and convenient.

My first experience was a 90-minute Deep Tissue massage for my 37th birthday in late March/early April. The therapist was incredible!! Very thorough, kind, and professional. She took the time to listen to my requests, though I admit I didn’t ask for as much deep work as I could have(lesson learned)! I felt amazing afterward, and she even offered me a delicious cold beverage, possibly hibiscus tea, with a 20% QR code on the bottle. That little touch made it even more special.

Since then, I’ve booked my next appointment with Travis, the owner’s son, and today I saw Kimberly Dancer for my third visit. Kimberly is truly phenomenal—she nailed every spot and went as deep as I needed during the 90-minute Warm Bamboo Deep Tissue massage. I felt incredible afterward, and I highly recommend seeing Kimberly if you want a truly effective and personalized massage.

I went here for a manicure. I didn't know they didn't do any type of acrylic nails. I had a few nails with tips, and they had broken. I was told they only do natural nails. The young lady had taken the top layer of my gel polish off. I left with my nails with dull color in search of someone else to fix them. I was s told its all of the page that they only do natural nails. I explained I wasn't on the website and booked over the phone and wasn't told that. I wouldn't have wasted my time and gss driving there or wasted their time either. I purchased it on group on. I was given a refund. The chair used for nails was uncomfortable and awkward. The place was clean and bright. The pedicure area looked to be more comfortable and more of a spa setting than the nail area.. The response she posted is a lie. I did not insist on the young woman service me. Yes, I had selected the wrong group on location in error to redeem. Also, I was not rude or loud. There were no other customers in the place.
