Graffiti Graffix — Local services in Jacksonville

I dropped off shirts I bought and paid agreed amount for embroidery, 2/21. They told me it should be done in a couple weeks. I was called a month after where they notified me that they were unable to figure out sizing of names/logo and were still working to finalize that. I tried calling multiple times(5, to be exact) after that to check status but was unable to speak to anyone, leaving multiple voicemails requesting return calls. I never heard back and called twice, back to back, finally getting someone on the phone that notified me the shirts were in middle of production and should be done by end of day, 4/29. I asked why the delay and lack of communication, the person said they had trouble with sizing and some of their machines broke down in middle of process. I asked why no return calls or any sort of communication about the delay and she did not have a reason, just apologized. I thought I was helping out a local business, which I did by prepaying 100%, but very disappointed in the delay without notification or communication(i.e....

Not customer focused! I was reluctant to place my order when I saw their sign about payment being due in full at the time your order is placed (due to the number of unpaid balances). I'm sure some of those unpaid balances are due to orders not being fulfilled as requested as was the case with me. Not only was there a communication issue about pickup time for my rush order, but I requested to have my business sign shaped in a round circle. It came back squared but by the time I went to pick it up I was so frustrated that I just took the sign and went about my way. It's not like I hadn't already pre-paid in full so seeking a remedy was out of the question based on previous communication with the staff. I was planning on doing a lot more business with them but based on the way this experience went, I will not be using them and I do not...

I cannot say enough good things about Graffit Graffix! We just ordered hats, hoodies, t shirts, and construction signs from them for our small business. From the picking out brands & colors to picking my items up....the whole process was nothing short of amazing. I went in blind. I knew I needed our logo on stuff and I knew how many of each I needed. But that was all I knew. I didn't know what brand, color, thickness, style hat, size of sign, etc. Kelsey was a true angel to work with!! She was so patient & kind, while I was so anxious & indecisive. But, with her help, we got what I needed and we love our products!

Edited to add that we reached out again for decals for our trucks. They exceeded our expectations. They were also very accommodating on letting my guys come whenever they were able. They always do...
