Scheduled FAA exam for 3:30. Day prior after they had closed I got an email that you're supposed to call them to verify your test and that the time I signed up for actually doesn't exist, but the 1:00 test block was open. I called as soon as they opened the next morning. Apparently someone else already called in and took my spot. They also explained that they can't do a test starting at 3:30 because the proctor needs to be done by 5:30. My test was limited to an hour and a half so not sure how that's an issue. Called PSI and they were aware of the problem, looks like this location doesn’t communicate with PSI on the hours they are actually open. They expect you to work your schedule around them randomly canceling appointments and picking and choosing when they want to let you...

No one , and I mean no one ever answers the phone. I have called 8 times with in hour and a half and not one person has answered. The voice mail of Patrick keeps picking up. I've called the main line, I've called the promotion testing line. Their job isn't hard, but they make it hard for people to get information on education/ASVAB and just in general. Its 09/20/24 the hours are showing 1000-1500. Thats 5 hours of work. They always leave early. They are suppose to be there to help military personnel but to me the are doing the complete opposite. Honestly military personnel should be running that building. Atleast they wont leave early...
